  • Schedule, monitor, and follow up on work performed to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with household expectations.
  • Obtain and compare quotes, manage service agreements, and report any issues or recommendations to the Estate Manager.
  • Conduct on‑site supervision during maintenance, renovation, or special projects as required.
Household Staff Supervision
  • Supervise household staff (e.g. housekeepers, or other service providers), ensuring clear task allocation and consistent performance standards.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coordination, and support to staff to ensure smooth household operations.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback when required.
Property & Operations Management
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the residence to identify maintenance needs or operational improvements.
  • Maintain household schedules, service calendars, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure the home is consistently presented and maintained at a high standard.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact between the Estate Manager, staff, and external service providers.
  • Communicate proactively regarding issues, priorities, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong experience supervising vendors, contractors, and household staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and service‑oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate household needs.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a vehicle.
Schedule & Employment Terms
  • Part‑time (24 hours/week, 3 days/week), permanent position.
  • Schedule to be determined based on needs.
  • Hybrid role (in‑person and remote).
  • Potential for full‑time employment in the future.
  • Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
