Job description

The Sooke Region Community Health Network runs the Better at Home Program for seniors over age 65. We provide our clients with light house cleaning services to allow them to age in place. We are looking to hire an additional person who would be able to cover for our current cleaners, provide deep cleans as clients are onboarded and carry a client base that can grow depending upon your availability and funding. Mileage is reimbursed. You will have some flexibility to schedule most clients between 10am – 5pm Monday through Friday.

  • A clear criminal record check for vulnerable populations is required.
  • The ideal candidate lives within the Sooke area or close to Sooke, and has access to a vehicle.
  • If you enjoy helping others, have house cleaning experience, have worked with seniors or vulnerable populations, are organized, detail oriented, and a good communicator, we would love to hear from you.
  • Ability to service East Sooke to Jordan River.
