In this role, you'll be at the heart of medical care, tending to a wide spectrum of patient needs. From managing acute ailments to chronic conditions, you'll be the key physician during their hospital stay, creating intricate treatment plans, interpreting diagnostic insights, prescribing medications, and making crucial medical decisions. Collaboration is key here, as you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, surgeons, and allied healthcare professionals, all aimed at providing comprehensive patient care. Navigating complex medical situations, often involving multiple comorbidities, will be your expertise, vital for making timely decisions during critical emergencies. Your day to day will include these essential tasks. Your active participation in transitioning patients through various care phases, engagement in initiatives that uplift care quality, involvement in medical education endeavours, and steadfast advocacy for patients' medical needs. These activities will collectively enhance the overall patient care quality and continuity of their healthcare journey. Qualfications
