Qualifications

  • Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice.
  • Experience in community health an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Search may be required.
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to children, youth, adults and seniors in their homes.
  • Manage diabetes and dialysis.
  • Administer IV medications and provide wound care.
  • Conduct phlebotomy and palliative care.

Skills

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
Experience in community health
Valid driver’s license
Access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
