About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care services to clients across Rochester. You will play a key role in supporting daily living activities, maintaining client safety, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility needs such as transferring and repositioning
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation
• Prepare meals and ensure nutritional guidelines are followed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
• Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance
• Supportive supervision and case management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of home care or healthcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks as needed
• Competitive hourly pay ($17–18/hr)
