Hourly Rate: $21.92 - $31.05

What You'll Do

As a Health Care Aide, you'll be an integral part of our care team, delivering skilled support and helping residents live with comfort and dignity:

  • Provide compassionate, resident-focused care in a warm, home-like environment.
  • Support residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with meals, feeding, and nutrition, ensuring residents receive the care they need.
  • Respond promptly to call bells, phone requests, and team assistance needs.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers to meet individual needs.
  • Deliver safe and effective care under supervisor guidance, respecting each resident's preferences, strengths, and limitations.
  • Contribute to a positive, confidential, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience.
What You Bring:
  • A Health Care Aide certificate from an accredited program.
  • Active registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory.
  • Current CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
