  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).

Job Summary

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives across Joseph Transportation Group. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong customer relationships in the transportation and logistics sector.

Job Duties

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to align sales and marketing efforts.

  • Support product/service development with market insights and customer feedback.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor sales performance and marketing ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership on progress and forecasts.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in transportation/logistics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Work Conditions
  • Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Occasional overtime to meet operational demands.
