A leading transportation company in Hamilton is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the strategic direction of sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility. This role requires 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, particularly in transportation/logistics. Pay: CA$120,000.00 - CA$150,000.00 per year
The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives across Joseph Transportation Group. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong customer relationships in the transportation and logistics sector.
Work closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to align sales and marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
