That’s why we want you as our Head Coach! We’re looking for people to lead. To listen. To love what they do. And then to share it – with the coaches in their studio, and with members who put their trust in you.
This role requires a balanced commitment of classes and administrative duties, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of the studio while ensuring the Head Coach is present during critical times. This position is not remote, and requires you to be in studio for a minimum of 20‑25 hours a week, including 15+ hours of coaching and 10 hours of administrative duties. Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid are a must to be considered for this role.
