Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks for designing parts and machinery.
  • Hands-on experience operating CNC mills and laser cutters.
  • Proficient in additive manufacturing for rapid prototyping.
  • Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLCs, or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to work with wood, metal, and mixed materials.
  • Physical product manufacturing experience from prototype to production.
  • Creative solutions from previous roles.

Responsibilities

  • Identify bottlenecks in production and design creative solutions.
  • Design custom machinery, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Implement robotics and automation systems.
  • Prototype product ideas using 3D printing and CNC machining.
  • Maintain and modify existing equipment.
  • Source suppliers and research new technologies.
  • Experiment with novel production methods.
