Responsibilities

• Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager to discuss daily store changes.
• Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
• Approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
• Complete PA Announcement for customers.
• Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the manager.
• Communicate any safety concerns to Management.
