A fast-scaling digital health company in Victoria, Canada, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive creative storytelling, manage paid campaigns, and analyze performance data. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, exceptional visual design skills, and a proven track record in data-driven growth. This position offers a $65,000 CAD base salary, equity options, remote flexibility, and access to top creative tools and analytics platforms.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is equal parts storyteller, designer, and data‑driven growth hacker. You’ll lead the charge on creative storytelling, paid campaigns, and analytics, crafting messages that inspire trust and convert with clarity. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think strategically and build beautiful, high‑impact creative assets from the ground up.
You’ll own the full creative lifecycle, from idea to scroll‑stopping execution.
• Develop cohesive storytelling across campaigns, using brand voice and narrative to make healthcare technology human and relatable.
• Design static and motion assets, social carousels, reels, video snippets, and graphics that both educate and convert.
• Combine performance marketing instincts with rock‑solid graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
• Collaborate closely with leadership and clinical advisors to ensure visuals are both authentic and compliant.
You must be exceptional at design and storytelling; we want creativity with substance and taste.
– You’ll own every stage of the paid funnel, from ad to landing page.
– Run and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Design, build, and A/B test conversion‑focused landing pages (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar).
– Align creative messaging with landing‑page UX for a seamless conversion journey.
Strong experience with paid media AND landing‑page optimization is required.
– You’ll turn performance data into actionable insights that guide creative and spend.
– Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Supermetrics.
– Measure creative performance at a granular level (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV).
– Present clear weekly reports with what’s working, what’s not, and how to iterate.
Analytical rigor is a must.
– You’ll design and automate lifecycle journeys that educate and convert.
– Build nurture flows, onboarding sequences, and reactivation campaigns (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
– Write compelling copy that tells the Cloudcure story through every touchpoint.
– Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all communications.
– You’ll drive awareness and credibility through creator partnerships and organic content.
– Identify and collaborate with healthcare influencers and professionals for authentic storytelling.
– Manage Cloudcure’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
– Build campaigns around testimonials, reviews, and educational series.
