As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a talented Growth & GTM Analyst to join our team. This role will report directly into the COO, and will work collaboratively with the sales and marketing group. This is a hybrid role, with 3-4 days a week working from our HQ office in Calgary, AB. This role provides an opportunity to get in on the ground in building the foundational GTM infrastructure at a fast growing company.

We’re looking for a high-ownership, analytical operator to take full responsibility for everything before an SDR or AE picks up the phone or books a meeting. You will own and manage the front end of the revenue funnel, ensuring we target the right buyers, build the right lists, run effective automated campaigns, and maintain flawless data hygiene. If you enjoy data, research, systems thinking, and building GTM infrastructure from the ground up, this role is for you.

OpsReady is an industrial operations software platform used by asset owners and service providers to modernize field operations, streamline workflows, and improve safety and reliability. Over 40 industrial organizations use OpsReady to run their daily operations, including industry heavy weights such as US Steel and Canadian Energy Services. We’re on a mission to be the technology used to run field operations.

Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Research & Market Intelligence
  • Own ICP research and segmentation by analysing current and emerging ideal customer profiles, including detailed firmographic and persona breakdowns by sub-segment.
  • Develop and communicate market intelligence across all lead generation channels, including industry trade shows, partnership networks, and client referrals.
  • Support new channel development by helping design, test, and launch GTM experiments, including digital campaigns, review-site strategies, and initiatives to optimize AI/search relevance.
Prospect List Ownership & Lead Data Management
  • Own the end-to-end prospect list process, including sourcing company and contact data, cleansing and enriching records, and segmenting lists to support targeted campaigns.
  • Build and maintain structured data frameworks for leads inside HubSpot, ensuring data integrity across all top-of-funnel records.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance of leads. Managing list building tools and data providers to continually improve coverage and accuracy.
Automated Campaign Operations & Execution
  • Manage OpsReady’s in-house automated campaign workflows, including the monitoring of inbound responses, categorization and scoring of responses, and routing qualified prospects to relevant team members for timely followup.
  • Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance by evaluating messaging effectiveness, targeting accuracy, and list composition, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion outcomes.
Skills, abilities and expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (business, economics, engineering, data/analytics, or similar).
  • <>Comfort using AI tools in an operational context.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot (or similar CRM); experience building workflows or automations.
  • Comfort operating with imperfect information, able to self-direct, follow your instincts, and make progress even when all inputs aren’t defined.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can take complex data or research and distil it into simple narratives for GTM stakeholders.
  • Systems thinker with strong attention to detail, capable of designing clean processes and maintaining high data integrity.
  • Proactive and growth-oriented, always pushing for improvements in accuracy, efficiency, or GTM performance.
Optional / Nice-to-Have Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in an analytical or technical role such as Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, or Finance.
  • Exposure to list-building and data-enrichment tools, familiarity with GTM software.
  • Experience in industrial sectors such as, energy, mining, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or field services.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 CAD, OTE of $81,000 to $95,000+
  • Position will be eligible for performance uncapped commission.
  • Above market standard benefits package, including social allowance, health and wellness stipend, RRSP matching, and home office matching programme.
