A leading Canadian insurance provider is seeking a candidate to support GroupNet access for clients and brokers, ensuring proper forms are completed. Ideal candidates will excel in customer service and communication. This full-time role is based in Regina with a salary range of $36,100 - $51,300 annually. Applicants must have reliability status security clearance and might need to come into the office three times per week.
Permanent Full Time. Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining secure GroupNet access to Canada Life’s Group clients for the purpose of enrolment, billing and reporting activities. You will also provide immediate support regarding usage of GroupNet to clients, brokers, and group representatives. You will provide these services by living Canada Life’s Purpose, Vision and Values.
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Winnipeg and Regina.
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
The base salary for this position is between $36,100 - $51,300 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
