Overview

Permanent Full Time. Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining secure GroupNet access to Canada Life’s Group clients for the purpose of enrolment, billing and reporting activities. You will also provide immediate support regarding usage of GroupNet to clients, brokers, and group representatives. You will provide these services by living Canada Life’s Purpose, Vision and Values.

What You Will Do
  • Living our values of Customer View; Integrity; Partnership; and Communities
  • Providing access to GroupNet for Great-West Life Group clients.
  • Communicating with Group Representatives, Clients, Brokers/Agents and Head Office personnel via telephone, email and/or fax.
  • Auditing assigned work to ensure that all information to ensure and the proper forms/authorization have been completed

  • Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website.
  • The successful candidate will be required to come into office 3X per week.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Winnipeg and Regina.

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

The base salary for this position is between $36,100 - $51,300 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
