Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management with hands-on product work and leadership responsibility.
  • 3+ years managing Product Managers or Product Owners, including experience managing managers.
  • Proven track record scaling product teams in high-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop 3 Team Leads and 11+ Product Owners through regular coaching.
  • Recruit and onboard additional Team Leads and Product Owners over the next 12 months.
  • Manage capacity allocation and ensure realistic forecasting.
