About the Role
As the Graphic Designer (Paid Campaigns), you will be a key team member, collaborating with our existing creative team to enhance our visual identity across all channels. You’ll work predominantly on paid social media campaigns—bringing creativity and innovation to every task. In this role, you’ll contribute to refining our design systems and driving the overall design quality forward. Your ability to work closely with the other designers, copywriters, and marketers will ensure that our visual assets are cohesive, impactful, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, iterate, and optimize ad creative based on performance data and testing insights
- Partner with and directly support the Creative Director and the digital marketing team to translate campaign briefs into high-converting static and motion assets
- Build creative that pre-qualifies prospects - balancing compelling hooks with accurate, compliant messaging
- Impact Day‑To‑Day Design Work: Take charge of daily design tasks across multiple divisions and asset types, including marketing initiatives like paid advertising, social media, landing pages, traditional media, and video content, ensuring high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Contribute to Design Strategy and Culture: Play a key role in shaping the design strategy and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, while also ensuring that all design work aligns with the broader brand vision.
- Elevate Design Quality: Apply a deep understanding of design principles, user needs, and data‑driven insights to create visually stunning and effective designs, introducing innovative flair while maintaining brand integrity.
- Collaborate with Creative and Cross‑Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with other designers, copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and impactful visual assets that are seamlessly integrated across all touchpoints of the product and brand experience.
- Narrative and Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate the brand’s story across various media.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of design trends, continuously refining your skills and knowledge, and bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design in an agency, corporate or media setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums.
- High level of proficiency in software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, Jitter and Blender a bonus.
- Experience working within brand standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of typography and layout principles, while also adhering to accessibility requirements.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects with ease.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Must have
- Experience designing direct response creative for paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display) with measurable conversion outcomes.
- Experience designing lead generation creative for high‑consideration, high‑ticket products or services (real estate, financial services, B2B SaaS, wealth management, insurance, legal services).
- Familiarity with compliance‑heavy industries where claims require careful language, disclaimers, and regulatory approval processes.
- Understanding of longer sales cycles where the role of creative is to generate qualified intent, not immediate purchase.
- Understanding of how visual hierarchy, contrast, and information density affect ad performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPL).
- Ability to translate value propositions into scroll‑stopping visuals that communicate benefits within 1‑3 seconds of attention.
- Experience with rapid A/B testing of creative variants - can articulate why certain design choices outperform others.
- Familiarity with platform‑specific best practices for lead generation ads (not just brand awareness).
