About The Role

As a CBRE Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing advanced proposals, presentations, and communication materials. You will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the Industrial Specialists team.

The Opportunity

CBRE is seeking a resourceful, proactive, and dynamic person to provide marketing support to the Industrial Specialists team consisting of 4 high-performing, fast-paced brokers.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Develop and execute marketing materials on InDesign for property listings such as brochures, email campaigns (through MailChimp), websites, and eye-catching social media posts.
  • Maintain marketing schedules for multiple projects running concurrently and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain team social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms).
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other communication materials for customized, client-specific property information packages.
  • Ability to utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and MLS to perform tasks such as updating and maintaining client databases, printing/scanning/filing various documents, and coordinating client correspondence.
  • Liaise directly with the centralized departments (Marketing & Communications; Research) and work together to fulfil requests in a timely manner.
  • Liaise directly with external vendors and property owners/tenants to organize photoshoots, signage orders, and property tours.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
  • Carry-out special projects as requested and be a trusted support for the broker.
What We Require
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education.
  • Experience providing support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferred.
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry or business understanding is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign is required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $60,000-$68,000 annually, depending on experience.
