Golf Operations Opportunities – Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, located at 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, offers a full‑time position with the Golf Course team, where you will help create memorable experiences for guests amidst the stunning Canadian Rockies.

Open Positions
  • Front Shop/Starter – Schedule tee times, check in guests, manage cash transactions, assist with merchandising and sales, maintain tidy guest areas, start golfers on the first tee, and support the Golfer Services team.
  • Golfer Services Attendant – Maintain a clean and organized driving range and front area, support tournament and clinic setups, and manage the daily cleaning, stocking, and organization of golf carts.
  • Player’s Assistant – Assist golfers before and after their rounds, maintain driving range and front areas, and support tournaments and daily operations.
  • Golf Supervisor – Train, coach, and lead golf operations colleagues to ensure exceptional service; support scheduling, guest check‑ins, inventory control, merchandising, cash‑outs, payroll, and revenue management.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (early morning, evening, and occasional split shifts).
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team with limited supervision.
  • Interest in, or current participation in, the CPGA Apprentice or Candidate program.
  • Proficient computer skills (reservation and POS systems).
  • Knowledge of golf and its etiquette.
  • Highly motivated, guest‑driven, and passionate about exceeding expectations.
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience is an asset.
