Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Ontario is seeking a dedicated candidate for a hybrid role focused on natural gas flow management. You will handle customer requests, validate gas flows, prepare invoicing statements, and maintain positive business relationships. The ideal candidate should have a college degree and experience in scheduling or a related field, with proficiency in Excel and Word. This position requires availability for day, evening, and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

  • University/College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word, browsers).
  • Ability to learn IT systems quickly (asset).
  • Two or more years of scheduling or comparable industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Issue and confirm natural gas flow requests for customers, suppliers, and pipelines.
  • Validate daily gas flows on transmission pipeline interconnects and storage facilities.
  • Prepare accurate monthly activity statements for invoicing.
  • Respond to inquiries from pipelines, suppliers, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and interconnecting pipelines.

What’s the Job?

  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • In-Office: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
  • Remote: Wednesday & Friday
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $26.90/hr
  • Special Note: Must be available for day/evening/weekend rotations and on-call schedule.
  • Day: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Weekend: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
