A leading agricultural solutions provider in Calgary is seeking an Associate to support the SuccessFactors global landscape. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree, certification in SuccessFactors, and 5–8 years of IT application design experience. Responsibilities include leading system administration tasks and providing HR technical expertise to enhance the SuccessFactors platform. This role is on-site and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in IT application design, support, and development.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, particularly RCM, RMK, and ONB 2.0.
• Experience with data migration between cloud and on-premise applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and configure the SuccessFactors global landscape.
• Lead system administration tasks and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical expertise to the HR Transformation journey.
