We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Global Mobility Specialist managing international and domestic relocation and assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax and company policies while supporting employees and their families throughout the process.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HR Products group, the Americas International Services, where the Employee Tax and Immigration team provides specific subject matter expertise on all international relocation, employment tax and immigration related matters.

What you'll do in the role
  • Manage the lifecycle for relocating employees and expatriates.
  • Subject matter expert and provider of mobility solutions support and advice to HR Business Partners and business units as required.
  • As part of the team, assist in day‑to‑day management of global and regional management to ensure service delivery.
  • Support Americas team on regional and global mobility and Immigration projects, including policy reviews and mobility system enhancements.
  • Develop strong working relationships with teams including Payroll, Corporate Tax, Risk, Finance to ensure mobility and tax compliance requirements are adhered to.
  • Support education and training of HR teams and internal stakeholders across the region to promote the understanding of Mobility policies and processes and keep informed and up to date with new regulations and developments in mobility market trends and share this knowledge with the wider team.
What you'll bring to the role
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience working with an established global mobility program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational data skills
  • Team player – must be willing to “pitch‑in” and assist where necessary.
  • Innovative – the type of person who is continually looking to improve what they do and the way that they do it.
  • Ability to manage their own workload and prioritize what they do.

All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
