A leading financial services firm is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to oversee employee relocations and assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration and tax policies. The role involves managing the lifecycle of relocating employees while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance service delivery and mobility processes. Successful candidates will have over 4 years of experience in global mobility programs and be proficient in both French and English. This position offers a hybrid work environment located in Montreal, Quebec.
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Global Mobility Specialist managing international and domestic relocation and assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax and company policies while supporting employees and their families throughout the process.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HR Products group, the Americas International Services, where the Employee Tax and Immigration team provides specific subject matter expertise on all international relocation, employment tax and immigration related matters.
