Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of equity compensation legislation for both Canada and the US is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity compensation plans globally.
• Participate in compensation surveys and conduct benchmarking.
• Support the annual year-end compensation process.

Skills

Strong user knowledge of MS Office applications

Ability to conduct analysis and pull insights from large amount of data

Knowledge of Shareworks equity administration system

Knowledge in equity compensation plans

Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Education

University degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance)
