• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain Logistics or documentation background.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage international customer orders and logistics challenges.
• Compile and maintain pricing lists for operations.
• Process orders through the order management system.
• Manage customer communications regarding shipments.
• Collaborate with transportation for timely product delivery.
• Act as a liaison for post-sale communications.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
