The Manager‑ Production is responsible for overseeing the assigned shift or department to ensure the achievement of the established metrics and standards for safety, quality, production, customer service, and people management. The Manager‑ Production is responsible for developing high‑performing teams, leading change and continuous improvement, driving results, inspecting what is expected, and building a best‑in‑class working environment. Responsible for ensuring the strategies to achieve the expected results are executed. Builds collaborative relationships within and across departments and corporate support. Leads Production Supervisors, who are responsible for achieving the daily results, and may lead other employees. The scope of the role may vary based on various factors (e.g., volume, types of services, number of employees, and equipment and tools).
