Geography Teacher – Part-time, long-term temporary cover from January 2026, no planning required

Duties as Geography Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging Geography lessons using pre-prepared plans
  • Ensure pupils remain on task and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Support pupils with queries and encourage participation in learning activities
  • Monitor pupil engagement and provide feedback to teaching staff
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times
Ideal Geography Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Strong subject knowledge in Geography across Key Stages
  • Ability to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
