General Manager – Service & Solutions

Responsibilities
  • Execute and own an annual business plan and work with a budget
  • Work with customers and focus on solutions for them
  • Coach, reinforce, and develop the team as part of people management
  • Promote a safety culture in the branch
  • Foster a culture that encourages learning for yourself, your team, and customers
Qualifications

You bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

The hiring range for this role is $124,000 – $170,500. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
