This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full‑time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Be involved in all aspects outdoor grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, gardening, general beautification of grounds
  • Maintain all areas around hotels, lodge, cabins
  • Regularly use power equipment such as a variety of mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc
  • May be asked to assist with trash removal and hauling
  • Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed

  • We work as a team and believe that we succeed together – these job duties may change based on the needs of the team and company as a whole.
  • Notify Manager or Supervisor on duty of any safety hazards or concerns.
  • Monitoring supply inventory. Replenish/restock cleaning supplies when required.
  • Sweeping or shovel exterior decks, walkways, and parking lot as required.
  • Watering of plants as required.
  • Assisting with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bring a positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Possess the physical ability to perform all cleaning tasks in an assigned time.
  • Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines.
  • WHMIS knowledge and cleaning experience an asset.
  • A clean Driver’s License required; Alberta Class 4 License an asset.

The starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour.
