Overview

As a Gallery host, you will be creating an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience; to include Reception, Restaurant and Bar, Guest Kitchen, Business Centre, Guest Check In, Check Out and servicing of meeting rooms.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Experience (Hotel preferred).
• Smart Serve and Food Handling Certified (Required within 30-days of hire).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong Written and oral grasp of the English Language (Bilingualism is an asset).
• Ability to Lift, pull and push moderate weight (min 20lbs).
• Must possess basic computer skills including word, excel.
• Schedule flexibility AM, PM, Weekends and Holidays.
• Previous experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage is beneficial.
• An understanding of Opera or other Hyatt Operating systems is ideal.
