Job Summary:

The Functional D365 Lead for Supply Chain & CRM will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, with a primary focus on D365 ERP supply chain and the interaction with CRM. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring D365 modules and features, and ensuring the system meets the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze current supply chain, sales, and customer service processes and identify implementation pathways using standard D365 functionality.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules and features to align with business requirements and optimize related processes. Complete fit gap analysis and, where required, recommend least intrusive customizations using D365 extensibility frameworks to meet business needs.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement solutions to address supply chain and CRM-related challenges within the D365 platform, ensuring seamless integration with other D365 modules as well as related external applications.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data migration, validation, and management within the D365 Supply Chain Management, D365 Sales, and D365 Customer Service modules.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, procurement, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions utilizing D365 capabilities.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on D365 Supply Chain Management, D365 Sales, and D365 Customer Service modules, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and user experience within the D365 environment.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and maintain data security and integrity within the D365 platform.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, specifically D365 Supply Chain Management modules, D365 Sales, or D365 Customer Service modules.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, sales, and customer service processes within D365 and implementation of best practices.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse (Common Data Service), database management, and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and platforms relevant to D365.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) for workflow automation and app development within the D365 ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing D365 implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
