Overview

Remote Ontario with the option to work from Toronto. We are looking for a Fullstack Software Developer to join our dynamic team and help build and maintain intuitive high-impact digital applications that our customers rely on every day. This is more than just coding; you’ll work across teams to shape digital experiences, bring innovative ideas to life, and grow your skills across a wide range of technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance custom consumer-facing web applications that deliver meaningful user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, QA, and root cause analysis.
  • Help integrate modern technologies and tools and be ready to explore new ones as needed.
  • Be part of a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and iteration.
About You / Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience building backend and full-stack web applications.
  • Skilled in .NET / .NET Core Web API, .NET MVC, and C#.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, RESTful API integration, Azure and Azure Services.
  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS / SASS, JavaScript and modern web technologies.
  • You’re a strong communicator, highly organized, and thrive in an Agile team environment.
  • Passionate about writing high-quality, scalable code and continuously improving.
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Issue & Project Tracking Software tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript, Git, and accessibility best practices.
