Job summary

A leading company in the aviation sector is seeking a Supervisor to assist in operational management of the Fueling Team. The role requires proven leadership and the ability to ensure safety and customer satisfaction in high-pressure environments. Successful candidates will coordinate staff effectively and maintain operational standards. Flexibility to work various shifts and the ability to lift up to 70lbs are essential. Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel is also required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience.
• Valid full Driver’s license and hold a DA.
• Extensive experience in Ramp Handling.
• Familiar with IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the Fueling Team.
• Ensure operational performance meets safety and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and allocate staff and resources effectively.
• Work closely with GSE responsible personnel for defect reporting.
