Lead with Personality:Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture through excellent communication and a hands‑on management style.
Elevate the Guest Experience:Engage with guests, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a memorable experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
Master the Details:Oversee daily operations including inventory management, ordering supplies, bar line checks, creation of different syrups and infusions , spec and quality control and ensuring compliance with company, all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Drive Creativity & Profit: Master and lead perfect shifts. Collaborate on creating and updating innovative drink menus seasonally, planning promotional events, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of management experience in an upscale restaurant setting, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable customer experiences is essential. You should be able to motivate staff, manage operations efficiently, and solve problems proactively.
