We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented French Language teacher to offer creative and engaging instruction to students on a temporary contract basis as soon as possible. You will complement an exceptional and accomplished teaching faculty in the Senior School.
Position Requirements :
Passion for teaching French and familiarity with best practices for boys
Demonstrated ability to differentiate instructional practices for a diverse community of learners in a classroom setting
Ability to enhance learning through information technology and experience in teaching in a laptop environment
Desire to work enthusiastically and collaboratively with other faculty
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to the co-curricular life of the school through coaching and involvement in school activities
Work and Educational Experience :
Experience teaching in a secondary school classroom
A languages background at the secondary school level with fluency in French
A Bachelor of Education in good standing eligible with the Ontario College of Teachers
Designation from an accredited institution with a specialty in French
Experience and knowledge of CEFR / DELE a definite asset
