Bilingual French and English CAD Detailer

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Location: (Ancaster) 100% in office leave by 12pm on Friday if hours are in

Hours: Mon-Fri - 8am-5pm (40 hours/wk.)

Salary: Up to $60K + Detailing Bonus (35.1% in 2024) + Profit Sharing

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate fluently in written and verbal capacities in English and French
• High School graduate, with interest in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to understand and interpret contract documents, architectural, & structural drawings
• Excellent computing skills with experience in Microsoft office software and a good understanding of CAD programs

Preferences

• 1-2-year experience or co-op experience in the construction or manufacturing industry
• 2-year Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting, Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology
• Prior detailing experience with steel joist, steel deck or other structural steel products
