Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to coach and lead teams with flexibility.
  • Strong basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all training modules during the Franchisee in Training Program.
  • Participate in in-store experiences with leaders and teams.
  • Gain hands-on experience in Store Management and Community Engagement.
