We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a global and fast-paced environment.

What would your day look like?
  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance and variances vs. budget and forecast.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers and support departmental planning.
  • Prepare management reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling skills; experience with implementing financial planning tools like Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, Oracle, etc.
  • Experience with GoogleSheets and using extensions such as Macros and App Scripts.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

This role is open to those who reside in the US or Canada. Depending on your country of residence, you would join as an ongoing contractor or an employee. These benefits are available to everyone: All local national holidays in your country as paid holidays, five sick days a year, and 24 days of paid time off. You will receive stock options and an education budget for learning. If joining from the US, you will be an employee and receive medical benefits.
