Job Opportunity: Seasonal Food Service Supervisor

Job Duties:
  1. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule staff activities related to food preparation, portioning, and serving to guests.
  2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  3. Establish work schedules and ensure staff adherence to procedures.
  4. Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage; report findings to management.
  5. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures, and facilitate skill transfer to new employees.
  6. Ensure food quality and service meet company and brand standards.
  7. Handle cash, and manage opening and closing procedures accurately.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise.
  9. Foster positive relationships within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurants or 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and night shifts.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • A friendly demeanor with a warm personality.
  • Available to work at least 32 hours per week.
