Food Counter Attendant

Location: Grande Prairie, AB T8W 0C7. Work location: On site. Salary: $15.00/hour (40-44 hours per week). Employment type: Permanent full‑time. Shift: Any of morning, day, evening, night, weekend, flexible hours. Start date: As soon as possible.

Job responsibilities include:

• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• Package take‑out food.
• Portion and wrap foods.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Take customers' orders.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.

Qualifications:

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
• Languages: English.
• Legal status: Must be authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with a valid work permit). The employer will not respond to applications from individuals not authorized to work in Canada.
