• Performdoor-opening tasks such as clearing the table,polishing glasses, folding napkins, and rearrangingcondiments.
• Attend general andpre-shift meetings to update knowledge on special offers andinventory issues, and discuss service andproductissues.
• Assist managers andhosts with meeting, greeting and seating guests, and providingfood and wine menus.
• Introduce yourselfto customers and inform them of special offers andout-of-stock items before they choose menuitems.
• Ensure drinks areserved promptly and replenished continuously. Ensure accuracywhen entering orders into the point of sale (POS)system.
• Track food anddrink orders at home (BOH).
• Evaluate customersto determine their level of satisfaction with theproduct and overall experience, and provide feedbackto management.
• Deliver checks tocustomers upon request, and greet and thank them sincerelyupon departure.
• Perform closingduties such as sweeping and vacuuming, and prepare laundry forthe laundry service to pick up.
  

Requirements
