Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking an experienced maintenance leader for flight tests. This role requires a valid Transport Canada AME License and a minimum of 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including significant leadership experience. The ideal candidate will manage flight test maintenance activities, develop processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MRO/ERP systems and possess strong communication skills. A competitive salary of up to $150k is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven flight test experience with development or experimental aircraft.
• Strong understanding of Transport Canada CARs and airworthiness control.

• Lead and manage flight test maintenance activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop and document standardized flight test maintenance practices.
