Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Port Hope to provide essential care at a Long Term Care facility. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working as a Facility PSW is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Observe changes in residents' physical, emotional or cognitive status.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide care in accordance with best practices and corporate policies.

Education

Completed PSW Training Program (minimum 640 hours)

RN/RPN students with successful completion of Year 1
