What You’ll Do
  • Champion Safety & Professionalism: Maintain company standards for safety, image, and customer service.
  • Optimize Fleet Performance: Coordinate cost‑effective maintenance, resolve breakdowns promptly, and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate rates, monitor service levels, and track expenditures to control operating costs.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Assign tasks to mechanics, lead daily shop meetings, and work closely with operations to ensure timely, quality service.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend new methods to improve fleet performance, fuel economy, and reduce life cycle costs.
  • Stay Compliant: Participate in audits and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
