Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the Transportation industry would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to each customer/location.
• Coordinate, confirm and dispatch all loads.
• Manage productivity of your fleet, ensuring appropriate revenue generation.
• Efficiently manage maintenance program.
• Ensure timely entry of pertinent system information for payroll management.
• Handle and manage issues raised by Owner/Operators and Drivers.
• Maximize equipment utilization and exceed customer expectations.
• Promote and support all safety initiatives.
