What You’ll Do

• Provide accurate and confidential interpretation between English and Finnish speakers.
• Support conversations in healthcare, insurance, financial, and legal sectors.
• Handle each interaction with empathy, professionalism, and cultural understanding.
• Stay engaged in ongoing training and skill development.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

• Are fluent in English and Finnish.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Are at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.
• Have a quiet workspace and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping people.
• Have experience or interest in the medical field (advantageous but not required).
• Can handle audio and video call interpretations.
• Are available to work during the required shifts.

Work Schedule Required

This position requires availability during the following shifts (Pacific Standard Time):

• Sunday: 3:00 am to 9:00 am
• Saturday: 4:00 am to 9:00 am
