Responsibilities
  • Work with Manager and Agent to establish strategic and marketing initiatives around life and health insurance
  • Sales and service of life and health insurance products
  • Find new opportunities to grow our life and health book of business
  • Work with Team to educate on multi-line sales
  • Work with Team to Deliver 5 Star Sales and Service experience
  • Deliver on goals with in the group around cross selling / up selling, and many other target based programs
  • Manage a client contact program to enhance our customer\'s insurance and financial experience
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
