KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to ensure accurate financial reporting, including assisting in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and conducting variance analysis.
• Support Cash Management activities and analysis, including the development and enhancement of reports and dashboards.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, credit, and financial institutions.
• Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Recommend and implement solutions to automate business processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
• Provide support and act as the backup for the Treasury Analyst when necessary.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance.
• Experience with data analysis and creating reports is required for this role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas succinctly.
• Natural curiosity and passion for digging into the details, learning new skills, and improving processes.
• Pursuing a CTP or CFA designation preferred, though not required.
