We\'re looking for a Financial Analyst - Distribution Services (Contract) to join our team at TJX Canada. What You\'ll Do

• This position is responsible for the financial modelling, reporting, planning and analysis related to all Distribution Centers of the greater TJX Canada organization.
• Accountable for the financial reporting of DC\'s annual expense budget, creating financial models to support recommendations for related business partners, creating monthly rolling plans, and conducting variance analysis.
• Responsible for financial analysis and forecasting related to payroll and other period expense variances.
• Provide financial expertise/analysis to support Distribution Services organizational initiatives.
• Ad hoc reporting, models, and analysis, as required.

About You

• A post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics).
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with financial modelling, reporting, budgeting/forecasting and analysis; experience supporting Distribution and/or Supply Chain operations is an asset.
• Related professional designation (e.g. CA, CPA) is considered an asset; in-progress designations will be taken into consideration.
• Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of GAAP policies to develop and/or lead tactical initiatives in support of Warehouse, Distribution or Fulfillment Centre operations, with guidance and support from senior management.
• Excellent computer skills including word processing (MS Word, MS Office Suite) and spreadsheets (MS Excel); experience using database and data manipulation tools such as TM1, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI.
• Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, multi-project environment while meeting tight and fixed deadlines.

Salary Range: $60,082.50-$84,115.50 /year. This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
