Two Career Path Options

#1: Associate Advisor on an Established Team

• Join our client’s immediate team as an associate
• The compensation package includes:
• Base salary
• Variable compensation based on performance

#2: Independent Practice Owner

• Start as a stand‑alone practice
• Compensation structure:
• Variable compensation based on the book of business you bring over

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients in the mass‑affluent market
• Leverage your existing client relationships and grow your book of business
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Create and monitor the implementation of financial plans
• Offer expert guidance on all aspects of client’s financial lives

Requirements

• Current financial advisor license (IIROC or MFDA)
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios
• CFP designation or commitment to pursuing it (our client offers support for professional development)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• LLQP (preferred)
