We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities during the night shift (7PM to 7AM) . This will be a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes and maintaining quality standards.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Address and resolve operational issues; collaboration with relevant departments
• Generating timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments
• Facilitating clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow
• Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency

What we\'re looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Admin, Operations or relevant domain
• 3+ Years of experience in a finance operation capacity with good track record
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools
• Good communicator, team player and good ownership traits
• Experience in finance or banking industry will be preferred
