We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the coding and marking industry or a related field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our industrial inkjet printing technologies by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Maintenance: Perform onsite installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of industrial inkjet printing solutions.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, resolving operational issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring high service standards, responsiveness, and proactive followups.
  • Technical Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our industrial inkjet printers.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Act as a technical expert during sales meetings, offering hands‑on solutions and recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Industry‑Specific Solutions: Deliver customized technical insights tailored to coding and marking applications in food processing lines and other packaging industry sectors.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare service reports, installation records, and technical documentation for internal and customer reference.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a Field Service Engineer role within the coding and marking industry, packaging, or industrial printing sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in providing technical support for industrial inkjet printers.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with coding and marking applications in food processing lines is highly desirable.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client locations for onsite installations, support, and training.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: A proactive mindset to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
