A Day in the Life
  • Start your day from home – no need to report to an office first
  • Travel to customer sites in your territory to service printers and office equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Provide basic customer training on equipment use
  • Close out service calls with accurate records and parts usage
  • Wrap up your day knowing you’ve solved problems and helped customers get back to business
What You’ll Do
  • Service and repair commercial/workgroup printers in business environments
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow service procedures
  • Install upgrades and modifications to optimize performance
  • Maintain accurate service records and a small inventory of parts
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
Requirements
  • You must be fully bilingual (French and English)
  • You must currently reside in the posted city
  • You must be comfortable with daily travel (regional) and occasional overnight stays
  • You must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required)
  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Enjoy learning about and working with different technologies
  • Have strong technical or mechanical aptitude (experience with tools, engines, or equipment is a plus!)
  • Be proficient with hand tools and computer applications
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Be able to lift up to 23 kg and work independently
  • Repair experience with workgroup or office printers
  • Field service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent electro-mechanical training
  • A reliable vehicle to travel to customer sites
